As an Acquisitions Intern, you’ll underwrite and provide feedback on deals. You’ll work closely with the sales team to prioritize opportunities and structure the purchase of a house through cash or creative methods.

Position Requirements
- Exposure to working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical and social skills.
- Must speak English.
* No prior Real Estate experience is required. You will receive full training.

‍Key Responsibilities
- Take a very high degree of responsibility for owning and delivering business outcomes.
- Perform market analysis including nearby sold and rented houses, analyze nearby Airbnbs, estimate repair costs, and suggest an exit strategy.
- Clearly define and communicate why we should take or pass an acquisition opportunity.
